Search Campaigns – Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
- Affiliates cannot bid on the Arianrhod Aromatics name, trademark terms or any variation thereof including but not limited to: Arianrhod, Arianrhod Aromatics, Arianrhod Aromatics coupons, Arianrhod Aromatics deals, Arianrhod Aromatics discounts, Arianrhod Aromatics offers etc.
- Affiliates cannot bid on Arianrhod Aromatics product names or any variation thereof including but not limited to: Sativa Restore, Sativa Refine, Mari-J-Majik, Kigelia Oil, etc.
Negative Matching for Protected SEM Keywords

Search Campaigns – Special Instructions for Search Marketing Affiliates
- Brand bidding along with permutations, is not permitted on any search engine;
- Please do not use “tm” or “official” in your advertisements.
- Please do not use the brand “Arianrhod Aromatics” or any permutation of it in your URLs.
- Affiliates may not direct link to Arianrhod Aromatics website, if using PPC.
- The look and feel of webpages must be unique and not mimic Arianrhod Aromatics and related web properties to prevent confusion to the visitor.
Web Site – Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
- Affiliates must not engage in typo-squatting, or own a typo domain.
- Domain names must not include or use misspellings of “Arianrhod Aromatics” or “Arianrhod” e.g. www.arianrhod-aromatics.com. Misspellings of domains include those with missing characters, extra characters, wrong character sequences, and where the wrong key is pressed, e.g. aarianrhodaromatics.com, www.arianrhodromatics.com, www.ariarhodaromatics.com etc.
- Affiliates must not own a domain, which includes an Arianrhod Aromatics brand name, product name or registered trademark. Domains containing the name “Arianrhod Aromatics” are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not use sites under construction, sites that show or cause any type of error, doorway pages, sites or pages with automatic redirects.
- Affiliates must not operate or utilize a website, or email a link to a website, which contains or promotes the following types of content: libellous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-related, illegal, cracking, hacking, anti-brand messaging or that offer illegal goods or services.
- Affiliates must not use copycat sites, or use any content or images from any Arianrhod Aromatics websites, except for content and images which have been expressly allowed for use by Affiliate Partners.
- The Affiliate may use the text links and/or banner ads Arianrhod Aromatics provides to Affiliate Partners only in the form in which they are provided. Subject to the limitations contained herein, the Affiliate may place such links and/or banner ads on their own website in whatever location the Affiliate prefers.
- Affiliates must not hardcode creative/logos but should use those supplied in the affiliate portal.
- Affiliates are not to use a web site that is confusingly similar to the official Arianrhod Aromatics website, or which may mislead third parties into thinking the Affiliate is Arianrhod Aromatics or an Official Partner or Reseller of Arianrhod Aromatics. This includes copying and framing any of the Arianrhod Aromatics web pages.
- The Affiliate further agrees not to promote themself in a way that may mislead third parties into thinking the Affiliate is Arianrhod Aromatics or an Official Partner of Arianrhod Aromatics.

Any content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, displays nudity, indecent, is offensive to the average reasonable person, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, discriminatory, promotes racism, bigotry or hatred; infringes on any intellectual property right or is in violation of any copyright or trademark law; in violation of any right of privacy; that promotes harmful, unlawful seditious or criminal activity; that could give rise to criminal liability; that contains viruses, worms, Trojan Horse or any other harmful files; or that appear to be from someone other than the merchant or that impersonates another person or entity.

- The Affiliate cannot own a domain which includes the “Arianrhod Aromatics” name, any product names, trademarks or registered trademarks.

Incentivised Traffic
Incentivised traffic where the affiliate offers an incentive to make a purchase is allowed. For example: cashback, membership points, software access or other exclusive access.

- The affiliate must not state or imply that the incentive will be provided by Arianrhod Aromatics.

(b) upon request by Arianrhod Aromatics, the Affiliate will promptly provide verified opt-in statuses for all recipients of all current mailing lists used to promote Arianrhod Aromatics products;
(c) each e-mail sent by the Affiliate will contain clear instructions for addressees to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails.
- The Affiliate must not use the Arianrhod Aromatics brand name, Iamme, or typo variations in the “From” address line.
- All Affiliate email correspondence must contain the Affiliates email addresses.

Sub-affiliates, where a network of third-party-owned websites is operated by a single-affiliate, are permitted.

- Social media accounts must not contain the name “Arianrhod Aromatics”, Iamme, product names or trademarks.
- Social media accounts must not pretend to be official Arianrhod Aromatics accounts.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Publishers may use any coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the affiliate program or otherwise available to the public.

Wholesale Enquiries Commission
A $100 bounty will be paid for new wholesale enquiry referred by affiliates once that enquiry turns into a wholesale customer and spends a cumulative total of $500 on wholesale orders. The $500 wholesale spend is calculated over multiple orders and does not need to be spent in a single order.

Sign-up Bonus
A once-off $5 sign-up bonus is currently being offered to new affiliates. Your sign-up bonus will be approved and applied to your account following your first approved commission. The sign-up bonus is a once-off payment and cannot be earned more than once. Affiliates are not permitted to sign-up for multiple affiliate accounts in order to obtain multiple sign-up bonuses. Any entity found to be signing up for multiple accounts will have all their associated accounts disabled and any unpaid affiliate commissions will be forfeit. If you legitimately need to create multiple affiliate accounts, please contact Arianrhod Aromatics Affiliate Program Managers via the affiliate portal.
Payout Method
Commission payments will be made by PayPal transfer to the PayPal email account you designate in your affiliate account.
