How do Silver Circle loyalty points work?
Silver Circle loyalty points are earned on most orders and can be redeemed for store credits you can use on future orders.
Please note, loyalty points are not earned on orders where points or store credits are used to pay for some or all of the order.
Can Silver Circle loyalty points be used for shipping?
No, you can redeem your loyalty points towards products in your order only.
How do I redeem and use my Silver Circle loyalty points for discounts?
At the checkout, after the order total and just above the payment methods, there is a section for loyalty discounts, store credit discounts and gift cards as shown in the highlighted section of the screenshot below.
If you have points available to redeem, you can do so by clicking “Apply loyalty discounts”
The “Apply loyalty discounts” section will expand and show you how many points you have, what they are worth, and give you the option to choose how many points you want to redeem.
In the screenshot below, the user has 587 points. To redeem them, we will enter the number we want to redeem in the field and click the “Apply” button.
For this example, we will redeem all 587.
After clicking “Apply”, the loyalty system will convert your points to store credits and automatically apply the store credit to your order as a partial payment.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the 587 points has become a “Pay with Store Credits” discount off the order total and the number of points available for redemption has dropped to 0 because we redeemed them all.
Important notes:
If you leave the checkout after redeeming your loyalty points and then come back to the checkout later, the store credit discount may not be automatically applied and will not be added back to your loyalty points. Instead, you will find it under the “Apply store credit discounts” section because the points have already been converted to a store credit.
Similarly, if you redeem more points than your order value, then you will have a store credit that pays for your entire order and will have some left over. The left over portion will be available in your store credits to use on a future order.
How do I redeem and use my Silver Circle loyalty points that have already been converted to store credits?
At the checkout, after the order total and just above the payment methods, there is a section for loyalty discounts, store credit discounts and gift cards as shown in the highlighted section of the screenshot below.
If you have store credits available to redeem, you can do so by clicking “Apply store credit discounts”
The “Apply store credit discounts” section will expand and show you the dollar value you have available in store credits, and give you the option to choose how much store credit you want to apply to your order.
In the screenshot below, the user has $55.00 available in store credits. To use these store credits towards the order, we will enter the amount in the field and click the “Apply” button.
For this example, we will use all $55.00.
After clicking “Apply”, your store credits will be applied to your order as a partial payment.
If your store credits are sufficient to pay for the entire order then no additional payment will be required and any leftover store credits will remain on your account for future use.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the $55.00 has been subtracted from the order total as a “Pay with Store Credits” discount.
Important note: If you leave the checkout after applying the store credits and then come back to the checkout later, the store credit discount may not be automatically applied and you may need to add it again.
