Avocado (persea americana)

Avocado is known for its dense nutrient properties. The versatile avocado (also known as an alligator pear or butter fruit) is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Avocado is also naturally rich in skin-loving antioxidants and Omega 3 + 6 essential fatty acids as well as vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, plus riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, potassium, lutein, and beta-carotene.
No matter whether we are enjoying it on toast or in our facial moisturiser, avocado must be the perfect way of boosting our skin!

For the face: The richness of avocado must be one of the finest qualities we could have included in our eye product, nourishing the delicate skin around the eyes.
For the body: Gentle enough for a baby’s bottom, soothing enough for hard working or irritated hands, and nourishing enough for skin that’s been around for a while, avocado is a premium ingredient in many of our body care ranges.
