Rose Hydrosol (rosa damascena)

Rose Hydrosol is the by-product of the steam distillation of rosa damascene (see previous product description). It is a clear to slightly cloudy water-like liquid with a slight rose odour.

It can be used in place of water in lotions and skin care products. Rosewater stimulates the skin, heightening the blood flow. As an astringent, this hydrosol refines the pores and helps to control sebum.

Rose Hydrosol adds a soft floral aroma along with its many healing qualities to skin care products.
